Today was the final day to turn in our projects so I was working on finishing that up in class but ended up having to finish it at home because I was having trouble with uploading my clips to Adobe. I finally finished and got it turned in.

 So from the last time I wrote something I had certain people that I was going to film with, but they all dropped out on me last minute so I had to bring in my neighbors who were my only options at that point and there were only three of them so it was difficult. I had to put two of them in different outfits to act as other characters. I wish I had more people to make my movie look better but my original cast just didn't want to help anymore so I had to do what I had to do. Nothing in the plot  changed though so I was relieved about that. 

 For my film the original setting was gonna be at night, but that isn't working out so I will have to set the timing for the day. Thankfully this won't change my plot at all which I am thankful for. Being that I switched the setting to the day this will help me out a lot with making filming a lot more flexible. I might now have to change the setting to school also, because  I think that will  be the easiest place to film. This change also wont affect the plot, but it might switch a few things up but nothing drastic. I have also changed the title from "Maya and Me" to "Il Sogno" which means "the dream" in Italian. I did this because I felt like the original title didn't relate to my movie in anyway so I changed it to this because I feel like this new title can relate to my movie's deeper meaning more. Today is Friday and I am attempting to upload my clips to the computer, so hopefully that goes well. 

       Today is Monday January 11 th  and after school I am going to start filming. I am getting  nervous  because this is due next  week,  and I am no where  I want to be with my project.  I will have to work  hard  this week so I can start editing  by  the end of this week so next week isn't too stressful since I have midterms all next week.  I have had some people drop out of my movie which stinks since it was  short  notice and everyone else who I have asked to be in it has said no.  I have one more person to talk to about being in my film so hopefully they say yes.  Unfortunately,  my cast will have to change a bit, but hopefully not too much. I am trying to move characters  around to see who else I could ask.  I hope that filming will go smoothly today and that I can get some good shots in.  

       The second half of this week I was planning on starting to film, but then I got sick so I couldn’t see anyone or film at all. I had to postpone any filming I was going to do.  So, from  home I reached out to the people who will be in my movie and had to see when we could  actually film  when I’m better. It has been  really hard  to find a time where everyone is  free,  but  I found a time to shoot this weekend so hopefully the shots come out good.   

       I’ve been working on scripting for my film. This has been ha rd. I’m not sure how I want to script it because I want it to be simple but not too boring. And I need to make sure it is long enough and makes  sense.  I have been fr eaking out because I need my script to shoot and I don’t have my script yet. I keep messing up and don’t like it, so I have been restating my clips.     I have finally started to get a steady script going that I hopefully will keep and not go back later.  I am trying to perfect that so I can move on to my next step in my project.
